How old do you have to be to hire a 12 seater?

Normally the standard age is 25. We can offer 12 seater passenger vans to drivers between 21 and 25 at some locations although there will be an extra charge for this, which can be found in rental conditions under the drivers age when going through the quote stage. Please check the rental conditions for your rental requirements where young driver restrictions and applicable charge information can be found.

Can I make a booking for same day hire online?

Yes it is possible to book online for same day hire and when doing so you will receive confirmation immediately, although please note that due to administrative purposes we will need approximately 2 HOURS notice.

How do I pay for the booking?

You need to have a payment card in the main driver name to make payment. You pay a deposit at the time of booking and then the balance when you collect the vehicle. (The type of card i.e. credit/debit card that can be accepted can be found when selecting the vehicle you require under rental conditions/payment options). Please be advised that some suppliers require payment in full at the time of booking.

How do I receive confirmation of my booking?

After you have made your booking, you will receive an email confirmation shortly afterwards to confirm your booking details and collection/drop off point. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email as occasionally the email can be delivered into there. If for any reason you do not receive the confirmation email, then please contact us.

When I collect the vehicle what documents do I need to take?

You need to take both parts of your driving licence (the card and the counterpart) as well as a credit or debit card in the name of the main driver with sufficient available funds to cover the rental deposit - see terms and conditions / payment for details.

How do I amend an existing booking?

Please email us at [email protected] or use our Booking Manager.

How do I cancel a booking?

If you need to cancel you rental, please use our Booking Manager. In order to confirm that the booking has been cancelled you will need to receive an acknowledgement of your email. For a refund you will need to give at least 48 hours’ notice (for full conditions please read your terms and conditions).
